Rebecca previously spent nine years as Practice Manager at Pacific Maritime Lawyers, where she was instrumental in securing ISO 9001 quality management compliance.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca was a public sector leader and school principal for nearly two decades in education, developing an executive background in organisational agility, personnel management and problem-solving.
She holds postgraduate qualifications in teaching and paralegal studies and oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, client relations and financial administration.
Her meticulous oversight of law firm trust accounts is critical to the secure handling of commercial and vessel transactions, supported by a strong client-centric focus and understanding of the demands of the maritime sector.

Michaela Moss is a maritime compliance, training and workforce capability specialist with more than 20 years' experience across government, port, private and global maritime organisations, including Port of Brisbane and AP Møller-Maersk/Svitzer.
Through her consultancy, Smart Target, Michaela collaborates with Australian Maritime Lawyers and works with commercial vessel operators and maritime organisations across safety management, regulatory compliance, risk and audit, competency frameworks, training and workforce development.
She combines extensive operational and regulatory experience with specialist expertise in digital learning and simulation, holding a Master of Digital Learning Leadership and qualifications in auditing, training, management and maritime operations.
